To use Chinese XP, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google account. By creating an account, you represent that:

• You will maintain the security of your account credentials
• You will promptly update any changes to your account information

4. Payment and Billing

Chinese XP is a paid service. Payment is required to access the platform's features. Currently, we offer one-time payments, with subscription options to be introduced in the future.

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to change with notice
• Payment is required before accessing service features
• Future billing changes will be communicated in advance

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 24 hours of purchase, provided that AI-powered features have not been excessively used. To request a refund, contact us at support@chinesexp.com. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to deny refunds for abuse of service resources.

6. User Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all materials you create or upload to Chinese XP. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use and analyze your content for the purpose of improving the Chinese XP experience and functionality.

Default Materials: The default materials provided on Chinese XP are copyright-free content, including materials from Project Gutenberg and other public domain sources.

Service Content: All other content, features, and functionality of Chinese XP are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Chinese XP for any of the following prohibited activities:

• Any malicious, harmful, or illegal purposes
• Commercial redistribution of content or service features
• Automated scraping or data mining of the platform
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other user accounts
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Abusing AI-powered features or consuming excessive service resources

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Chinese XP. Upon account termination, all user data will be permanently deleted. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
